Are you sure he is ADHD? Or could he be ADHD plus? Have you ever heard of auditory processing disorder (APD, also known as central auditory processing disorder (CAPD)? Would you say the studdering i really studdering over letters, or could it be false starts, having trouble recalling a word, or needing to organize his thoughts to say something? Just some thoughts.
